RECEIVING AN OFFER
Once an offer is received, we will inform you verbally and in writing. All purchasers will be verified, and if they require a mortgage they will be financially qualified by our recommended mortgage broker. If the potential buyer is also selling a property, then the chain will be verified. The progress of all transactions down the line will be checked. When the offer has been accepted we will send out a Memorandum of Sale to all parties. Once solicitors have been instructed, we will monitor progress closely until the sale is completed.
